as a landlord. That allows me to serve my clients better than others can.

Why? What difference does it make?

I was a property manager, leasing agent, construction manager and
asset manager. I was the person who actually signed the leases on behalf
of the owners of dozens of buildings around the country. I leased over 6
million square feet of property with a lease value of over $500 million. I
approved budgets, supervised leasing agents and property managers
and helped to buy and sell buildings.

So that experience is what I now bring to the negotiating table for the sole
benefit of my clients when they need to lease space in office buildings,
flex buildings or warehouses.
