us the renewal offer with only a slight increase. Everything looked fine, and
we were going to sign it. Luckily, I talked to Bob first. To begin with his
services were "free" to me as the landlord pays his commission. For that cost
he got us a significant reduction in our rent, and some upgrades and repairs
done on our space. He continues to review our lease on a quarterly basis and
